RHO seeks experienced attorneys and patent agents who wish to work in a small firm and take an ownership interest in their work and in RHO’s clients. Preferred candidates will have a technology background and experience in patent and trademark-related intellectual property matters, including one or more of patent drafting and prosecution, trademark prosecution, and patent and/or trademark litigation. Candidates with previous experience in due diligence, licensing, and other intellectual property-related matters will also be considered.
