WILLIAM G. GOSZ has over 30 years experience in all phases of U.S. and foreign intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution, interference and opposition practice, licensing, portfolio anaylsis, due diligence reviews and compliance, dispute resolution, and client counseling. Prior to joining Rissman, Hendricks and Oliverio, Bill served as IP counsel in corporations and law firms, and co-founded an IP practice in Lexington, MA and Zurich, Switzerland. Bill is also a former president of the Boston Patent Law Association, and has served as an officer in the local Inns of Court.

Bill is licensed to practice law in Texas, New York and Massachusetts, and is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. His practice focuses on drug, biotechnology, medical device, industrial and consumer product clients.

Bill holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an M.S. in Chemistry from Polytechnic University. Bill received his J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
